“Patrick’s expanded role as Director of Education reflects our deep commitment to providing the highest-quality music education to students from all backgrounds,” said Louis Scaglione, President, CEO & Music Director of PYOMI. “His leadership and vision will help shape the future of our educational programs, ensuring that we not only sustain but also expand our reach, bringing transformative musical experiences to even more young musicians. We are thrilled to have him step into this role.”
Reflecting on his new position, Patrick shared, “The PYO Music Institute is home to an incredible community. The students, families, staff, and partners here all share an appreciation for the importance of music as a part of a young person’s life. I am excited to help support the amazing work of our artistic team who are incredibly dedicated to the personal and musical growth of our students. I am honored to step into this expanded role and excited for the road ahead as we continue to create opportunities for students to learn and grow.”
Patrick holds degrees from Temple University (B.M. in Music Education) and Drexel University (M.S. in Arts Administration) and is an active guest conductor, clinician, and percussionist. He is a dedicated advocate for music education and believes in providing students with high-quality artistic experiences, strong mentorship, and the tools they need to navigate a lifelong journey in the arts.
