This summer, Sarina Marone of Vineland, NJ, a gifted harpist from the PYO Music Institute (PYO), was one of ten students nationwide to be selected for a 2017 Anthony Quinn Foundation (AQF) Scholarship. She has received the Philip G. Stanley Memorial Scholarship of the AQF sponsored by George McCarron. Marone is one of the few musicians selected from across the country to be awarded this competitive scholarship from the AQF.
Sarina Marone is a talented and inspirational harpist from the PYO. She is currently in grade 11 and will attend The Eastern Music Camp Arts Program with Colgate University this summer. This program is designed to provide young artists the between the ages of 10 and 18 multiple opportunities and enrichment in all areas of music.

Anthony Quinn Foundation (AQF) Scholarship
The AQF Scholarship Program is the signature initiative of the Anthony Quinn Foundation and was established to help young high school-aged artists of all creative disciplines attend intensive summer arts programs. The AQF provides scholarship support to gifted young adults seeking to further their talents in the areas of Visual Arts & Design as well as the Performing, Media and Literary Arts.
