The beloved ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas will take center stage when the PYO Music Institute’s (PYO) all-brass ensemble, Bravo Brass, presents their holiday concert on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. It will take place at St. Mark’s Church located at 1625 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA., and will be led by Paul Bryan, the Director of Bravo Brass, and Associate Conductor Robert Skoniczin.

The concert will include time-honored holiday selections by Leroy Anderson, George Frederic Handel, and others.

A new selection for Bravo Brass composed by Curtis Institute of Music alum Anthony DiLorenzo, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas will resound throughout St. Mark’s Church. Paul Bryan looks forward to this concert and said, “Twas the Night Before Christmas is a charming retelling of the holiday classic story scored for brass ensemble and narrator, and our students are excited to perform it. We always draw large crowds for our holiday performances, and I hope this piece will be an instant favorite.”

General admission tickets are $15. For more information about the concert call 215-545-0502 or visit www.pyos.org.
